Wendy is the wife of Kirk Reis and was born and raised here in San Luis Obispo, California. She is a State Licensed Funeral Director/Co-Owner and Office Supervisor who brings over 28 years of experience in the funeral business with her. She is a very caring and loving individual who will help guide you and your loved ones through the end of life process with dignity and respect.

Genine Phillips Accountant/Preneed Arrangement Counselor/Insurance Agent
Genine was born and raised in San Luis Obispo, California. She brings to us over 30 years of knowledge in the funeral business. She is a California State Licensed Funeral Insurance Agent and can answer all your question about funeral insurance plans from Cremations to Burials. She can guide you through the pre-planned insurance process with ease. She is also head of the accounting department for over 30 years with Reis.

Lisa Mae Kealoha Neel Funeral Pre-Arrangement Counselor/CA State Insurance Agent/Website Controller
Lisa Mae comes to us with a background in International Trade Business, Medical Home Health and is a California State Certified Funeral Arrangement Counselor as well as a California State Licensed Funeral Insurance Agent(Life Agent). Graduating top of her class in her Career paths she has a wealth of knowledge and can answer all your questions about funeral insurance plans from Cremations to Burials. She also handles out of country shipping and the lengthy paperwork dealing with Embassies for each country. She is an excellent at need counselor as well, guiding families through the most difficult time in their life. With her caring and knowledgeable background she will help guide you through the end of life process with dignity and respect.

Emily R Reis Pimienta Arrangement Counselor
Emily is one of our California State Certified Arrangement Counselors and is the 5th generation Reis, born and raised here in San Luis Obispo, California. She is also the granddaughter to the late Eugene J. Reis who is the founder of Reis Family Mortuary & Crematory. Emily has her AA in Liberal Arts and is continuing her education for a bachelors in sociology and criminology. Having grown up in the business, she is very knowledgeable and with her caring disposition she will help guide you and your loved ones through the end of life process.

Tom has been with the Reis Family for well over 20 years and is the grounds keeper for multiple Reis properties.

Gilbert Pimienta Crematory Operator
Gilbert has been with us for a few years now running the crematory operations. He is also the newest edition to the Reis Family as he is newly wed to Emily Reis. Gilbert is bilingual and is a great asset to us by bridging the gap between us and our Spanish speaking community. Rest assured that he will take good care of your loved one with dignity and respect.
